Rising Stars
Well-being adventure classes for 2.5-5 year olds. These classes explore a wide range of topics through the combined magic of yoga, drama and mindfulness.
Each class starts off in Enchantica’s tree top home where all her learning adventures begin.
Together you and your child will learn how to manage difficult emotions, how to bring your own ideas to life and everyone develops lots of confidence along the way.
Rising Stars
Rising stars classes:
- teach yoga and mindfulness techniques through story adventures
- encourage physical and vocal expression
- build confidence and concentration.
- develop communication and listening skills.
- help children understand and manage their emotions.
- encourage creativity and allow children to bring their own ideas to life
- improve focus and self-esteem,
- encourage children to be imaginative,
- give children the tools to independently manage their emotions and well-being
- encourage children to try new things embracing a growth mindset, believing in the power of themselves and their brains!
…and they are lots of fun to do with siblings and adults too! Children and their grown-ups will enjoy learning, creating, expressing, connecting and practicing together.
About the class
“Rising Stars is my well-being class for 2.5- 5-year-olds… It’s the magical combination of drama, yoga and mindfulness designed to help everyone shine bright and celebrate being the best version of themselves.
My style of delivery is an immersive themed adventure which makes learning fun for every child from those destined future performers to the more reserved learners. Children can participate at a level they feel comfortable with and expression therefore comes naturally and children learn and grown with ease!
After a fun warm up and finding our inner powers, we make a giant rainbow and ride on unicorns to explore many faraway lands…
Every class covers a different learning topic and supports key learning objectives such as numeracy, language and literacy.
Each class also comes with my FREE yoga card activity sheets which you can print out, colour and enjoy. These are great for some additional learning and practice time either alongside or after your classes.
Rising Stars is an educational class that the whole family looks forward to and everyone will feel uplifted afterwards."
Rising Stars Classes promote well-being and encourage children and their families to:

Be grateful and focus on all the wonderful things in our lives
Be mindful and find ways to rest our minds when they get too busy

Enchantica’s Rising Stars classes:
Dinosaur Adventure
In this class we all find our inner roar and set off in search of real dinosaurs. Beatie finds 5 baby dino eggs in a cave and we follow them to find out what they get up to in a fun yoga song. This class brings to life our favourite dinosaurs though fun yoga and we teach the T REX how to be kind and how to do the happy dino breathing… it’s a special dino breathing technique that helps us to release any angry, frustrated, sad like feelings we have and makes us all feel really calm.

Pirate and Mermaid Adventure
Beatie starts this adventure sharing that she is a little frightened of crocodiles! Together we learn a fun way to deal with our fears and worries and we leave them behind before setting off on our pirate adventure! In this class we learn a whale breathing action before landing on a pirate ship! This sing along pirate adventure teaches us how to be pirates and how to look after a pirate ship… we even learn how to do a sailing warrior pirate pose! As we search for treasure, we spot mermaids swimming in the bay and we learn a mermaid pose who lead us to the treasure! We use our bodies to make magical treasure chests and the jewels inside give us colourful powers to calm our minds, to make our words kind and to soothe hurt feelings.

Goldilocks and the Three Bears
Join Suzie & Beatie on a woodland story adventure. This is a story class and we jump into a magical story book to bring this adventure to life. Using our class wands we paint the forest setting and after a forest walk, skip, stomp and jump and learn how to be yoga animals. We meet Goldilocks as she enters the bear's house and we bring her story through drama, yoga and song. Have a small teddy bear ready to help you in this class as you will learn a gentle way to relax and breathe your teddy to sleep.

Walking in the Forest
In this class we discover that the Earth makes a sound, and we make that sound together. This nature adventure starts with learning tree pose before walking, skipping, stomping, and jumping through the forest to learn the yoga poses a snail, a squirrel, a rabbit, and a fox! After playing sleeping rabbits and teaching the frogs way that they can be happy we finish this class with the affirmation “I am amazing”.

Farm Adventure
This class starts with finding a golden light shining bright within us all. We use this light so in a love and kindness meditation song sharing our bright light with our friends and family, with the world and also with ourselves! We first arrive in the countryside and we have fun galloping like horses, we learn how to jump on our hands like happy rabbits and how do drive a yoga tractor! When we get to the farm we learn poses for a cow, a pig and a chicken before learning a yoga flow song about 5 little piggies. We also learn why these pigs are always so happy with a fun way to roll and breathe and let go of any feelings that we don't want!

Walking in the Snow
In this class we use our magical powers to take us all the way to snow land! This is an active class and we enjoy walking, skipping, stomping and jumping in the snow. We learn a yoga pose for a reindeer, a polar bear and an arctic wolf and we also have fun learning a very special snowman dance. As we look up to the sky at the end of this class we see magical stars in the sky and together we learn how to use a magical technique called star breathing to help us feel happy and calm!

Walking on the Beach
In this class warm up we sing a song using opposite actions to help get us focused and ready for our adventure. We then enjoy a guided sea breathing guided meditation to calm out thoughts, unkind words and to soothe hurt feelings. We learn the yoga poses for a starfish, a crab, a dolphin, and a shark before finding a calming rock pool. When Beatie gets the chance to try something new she is a little scared and we discuss how important our “words to self’ are. Learning that singing is a great way to make you feel happy and well this adventure ends with a sailing song and the affirmations “I am brave, I am strong, I am loved.”

Three Little Pigs
Join Suzie and Beatie on a springtime adventure class to bring to life The Three Little Pigs story. We start this class by shaking away our sillies, jumping out our grumpies and waving our wobbly feelings away. Using our magic paint brushes we create a beautiful mountain scene for our story and we learn about baby animals. We follow the Three Little Pigs walking, riding yoga bikes and driving our yoga cars through the mountains. After meeting the wolf and talking about how things sometimes scare us, we learn a wonderful way to blow our worries away.
The Ugly Duckling
Join Suzie & Beatie for a sing along story class jumping into the story of The Ugly Duckling. After a fun warm up shaking our sillies and jumping our grumpies out we activate our senses by listening to magical fairy and pixie music. In this class we learn yoga poses for a baby chick, a cat and a swan. We also learn a fun egg rolling pose, how important it is to be kind with our words and also how to blow away any unwanted feelings.

My twins, Louis & Clara, absolutely LOVE their Rising Stars class on Saturday mornings. We look forward to seeing what amazing and interactive and mindful drama and yoga based activities Suzie has cooked up each week. We particularly like the "Jump the Grumpies" out song and it has definitely come in handy on occasion. We also use the breathing the feather exercise to help us calm down at bedtime.
Rising Stars never ceases to amaze any of us. Suzie's creativity is infinite. Suzie needs her own TV show!

We are loving Suzie Beats at home! It works really well for us. Finn's face when Beatie comes on the screen is brilliant! The live interaction is great. During lockdown, it's nice to have something to aim for in the day and to see some faces. I also love the fact that I can join the afternoon session if naps don't work out. We've also enjoyed the pre-recorded ones with Eddie. It's nice that the boys can watch it and join in together and it can be paused for snacks/wee break / whatever other toddler distraction there is!
